SUMMARY:
Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, upgrades, discontinuance, or change in service. Determines charges for service requested, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders. Solicits sale of new or additional services. Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. Receives and responds to inquiries from other departments regarding customer service issues. Remains current on changes in policies, procedures and program services. Prepares routine reports and assists management with special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two years related experience and/or two year college degree. Sales oriented individual strongly preferred. Excellent communication, analytical and decision making skills. Experience in a Windows based environment. Must be available to work outside of regularly assigned shifts, but within guidelines of employee classification. Bilingual skills strongly preferred. (Korean, Chinese, Spanish).
